Main Products

1.Mirror window with lighting function：

The maintenance door of the modular air conditioning unit is usually equipped with an observation window, which allows maintenance personnel to visually inspect whether there are any abnormalities in the components of each functional section during the operation of the unit. For illumination, the traditional approach is to install lighting fixtures on the inner wall panel of the maintenance section of the unit, and connect the power lines to the lighting fixtures through the wiring holes on the outer panel of the unit.

This product can directly place the composite module of LED lighting ring, battery, and intelligent sensing control circuit board in the observation window, merging the two into a mirror window with lighting function.

Advantage：

The lighting wiring project on the external wall panel of the unit has been cancelled, saving materials and labor.

Without threading holes, the air leakage rate of the unit is relatively reduced.

The installation of lighting fixtures on the inner wall panel of the unit has been cancelled, making it more convenient to clean the interior of the unit.

Performanc of the product：

The battery capacity of this product has a lifespan of 10 years when in standby mode.

The product model corresponding to the illumination can be selected based on the air volume of the air conditioning unit (i.e. different cross-sectional dimensions).

This product adopts an induction switch, which automatically lights up continuously when personnel approach the mirror window about 12cm, and turns off the light immediately when personnel leave.

2. Efficient filtering device auxiliary bracket

The purification air conditioning supply system in clean areas is usually equipped with high-efficiency air outlet devices. As a terminal filtration device that can meet the standards of purification systems, the installation of high-efficiency filters is particularly crucial. However, during the installation, disassembly, and replacement process on site, the installation personnel were in a state of anti gravity operation.

The self weight of the high-efficiency filter requires the installer to lift the filter with one hand (although there is a metal protective net on the surface, it is not suitable for high-efficiency filters that cannot have any leakage points) and fix the compression screw with the other hand.

Usually, there are many efficient air supply outlets in the purification workshop, and prolonged operation can make the installation personnel feel exhausted. Considering the safety of high-altitude operations and the sealing reliability of high-efficiency filters, the company has designed and developed an auxiliary bracket for high-efficiency filtration devices.

One end of the auxiliary bracket is equipped with two micro electric hydraulic push rods and fixed with a carbon fiber frame. The top of the push rods is equipped with bolts with anti slip soft rubber (used to support and press the bracket) and gaskets (used to tighten the high-efficiency filter), and the other end is equipped with two damping limiters. Before installation, place the bracket on the high-efficiency filter, turn on the tension switch to retract the push rod, and temporarily fix the high-efficiency filter on the bracket to prevent the filter from sliding and falling off when lifted upwards.

Then place the bracket on the flange surface of the high-efficiency air supply outlet, and extend the push rod of the compression switch until the bracket is fixed on the flange mouth of the high-efficiency air supply outlet. At this point, the high-efficiency filter is no longer restricted by external forces, but is simply placed on the bracket. The installer can easily and securely fasten the filter and air supply outlet with both hands.

After the high-efficiency filter and the air supply outlet are tightly fixed, start the tension switch again to retract the push rod and remove the bracket, and so on to proceed with the installation or removal of the next high-efficiency filter.
