Hangzhou Zhongpei Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in May 2009. It is a technology-driven company specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, sales, and technical services of ultrasonic flow measurement products.
Since its establishment, the company has been committed to technological innovation and has focused on the field of flow measurement, providing efficient and reliable measurement solutions for public utilities and industrial applications worldwide.
Product and Service
The company’s main products include ultrasonic smart water meters, ultrasonic thermal energy meters, data acquisition systems, and ultrasonic flow measurement
modules. It also provides software services such as billing management system solutions and system integration.
Its products are widely used in water supply metering and energy efficiency, heating and cooling metering and energy management, gas metering, industrial flow
measurement, and other applications. Its customers include water utilities, heating companies, and public utility organizations involved in building cooling metering
and energy efficiency.
With high-quality products and professional technical services, Zhongpei Electronics has established a presence across more than 20 provinces and regions in China.
Its products are also exported to overseas markets including Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
R&D and Manufacturing Capabilities
The company has an independent R&D and product design department, as well as its own manufacturing facility. It currently employs 85 people, including 25 R&D
and technical professionals.
In 2023, the company achieved annual sales of RMB 130 million, demonstrating its strong market competitiveness and operational capabilities.

Over the years, Hangzhou Zhongpei Electronics Co., Ltd. has established a comprehensive intellectual property portfolio. To date, the company has obtained 43 patents, including 5 invention patents, 36 utility model patents, and 2 design patents, as well as 21 software copyright registrations.
The company has also received recognition for 6 industrial new products certified by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, along with 12 certifications for various flow measurement products issued by the Zhejiang Institute of Metrology.
In terms of qualifications and honors, the company has been recognized as a Zhejiang Provincial Technology-Based SME, a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Hangzhou Patent Pilot Enterprise, and a National-level “Little Giant” Enterprise specializing in innovation. It has also been recognized as a Hangzhou Enterprise High-Tech R&D Center, Hangzhou Enterprise Technology Center, and Hangzhou Industrial Design Center.
In addition, the company has obtained certifications for three management systems, passed the assessment for the Integrated Management System.
